Eye exams....

We took the kids for their first eye exams today. M did surprisingly well. The only funny thing that happened with her is that she called the picture of an old time rotary phone a t-shirt. She had no concept of what that was. It makes me feel old.

J was not very cooperative. She was ok with most of the stuff, looking at the light and letting the Doc look at her until he had dilated her eyes. She would NOT let him look in them. She screamed and wiggled and cried and squeezed her eyes shut... so we are going to take her to a pediatric optometrist who can sedate her while he looks at her eyes. That sounds like fun doesn't it! Maybe I'll have G take her for that one :)
