* J learned to whistle through her teeth it's impressive and I'm sure going to be quite annoying in the future
* M can now do a decent cartwheel, she's been practicing cartwheels and handstands quite regularly for the past few weeks and it's really paying off
* M read me this book tonight, she likes the page where the pig pretends his stick is a weight bar and he's a body builder because it's like Daddy who's been going to the gym and talks about it quite a bit

Kitchen -- now functioning...

The kitchen is up and running again. G made dinner tonight -- ravioli, garlic bread and salad. It's not gourmet, but it works for us.

The light and fan work wonderfully. I still don't like to cook, and I'm not very good at it, but it is nice to have a working kitchen again.
