Keys...

Why is it that some mornings I can't find my keys anywhere. This morning I was all ready to go. Then I spent 15 minutes looking for my keys before I gave up and took the spare set, with no house key, locked the door from the inside and left. Luckily G gets home earlier than I do because otherwise I wouldn't be able to get into the house!

Where are my keys? I know I had them when I got home last night because I drove... and the car door was locked this morning.... Maybe J put them in her bucket that she likes to carry around.. Maybe I put them somewhere so I would be able to "easily" find them in the morning, but I don't know where that is... G didn't take them to work with him, at least not this time.

I'm loosing my mind!

M says the craziest things...

Greg was talking to M and out of the blue she said "Fruit Loops"

In the car she told me "The moon is a semi-circle"

She sings random songs all day long. Tonight at dinner she was singing "There was a farmer had a dog and BINGO was his nameo"

This is J, I swear....

M and J look so much alike. I know this is J because of the date on the digital photo file... thank goodness for technology!

Eye exams....

We took the kids for their first eye exams today. M did surprisingly well. The only funny thing that happened with her is that she called the picture of an old time rotary phone a t-shirt. She had no concept of what that was. It makes me feel old.

J was not very cooperative. She was ok with most of the stuff, looking at the light and letting the Doc look at her until he had dilated her eyes. She would NOT let him look in them. She screamed and wiggled and cried and squeezed her eyes shut... so we are going to take her to a pediatric optometrist who can sedate her while he looks at her eyes. That sounds like fun doesn't it! Maybe I'll have G take her for that one :)
