This is why I scrapbook...

The girls pulled out the scrapbook to show Junebug pictures from M's 2nd birthday because she had an Elmo party and now Junebug loves Elmo. From there they continued to look through the pics of them as littler kids.

Six

Today my baby turned six. I knew it would happen someday, but just like everyone always says -- time definitely flies... She's always been an old soul, she's sometimes quite a challenge, but really she's smart and funny and likes to help out. She's started school, she reads on her own and is learning to write (although her spelling is horrid). Sometimes she can be dramatic and get her feelings hurt, other times she is super tough and she always can do anything she puts her mind to. She is "The Bean" and I wouldn't trade her for anything!

Last weekend we had a group of kindergartners over to celebrate...


Yesterday we had dinner with the family...


and today we went to Chuck-e-Cheese.


After all that excitement, I'm thankful that birthday's only happen once a year :)
